How to use
For best results, use the gel with the included tongue scraper. Apply a small amount of gel (pea-sized) to the smooth side of the scraper. Spread evenly across the tongue surface. Use the massaging side of the scraper to gently clean off the buildup. Rinse your mouth with water. Use once or twice daily after brushing your teeth.
