We strongly believe in the quality of our products at EMRA. If you are not satisfied with any order placed through emra.one (or our official store), you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please email club@emra.one with your order number and a brief description of your reason for returning.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- For international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in new and unopened condition. If we receive your return in used, opened, or damaged condition (not due to transit), we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at club@emra.one Include your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photo documentation of the damage. We will review and work with you to make it right.
Orders purchased through third-party retailers are subject to the respective retailer’s return policy. Please reach out directly to that retailer and provide your original receipt.
Any items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for refund or return.
We’ll send you an email confirming receipt and next steps within 48 hours of receiving your return request (or your returned package). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, bank, etc.). It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

EMRA reserves the right to verify all refund requests and may request that you return the purchased item before issuing a refund.
